Who creates the pricing plans?
Plans are created and managed by your workspace Super Admin. They set platform limits, member limits, and scheduled post quotas for each plan tier.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Soxio offers a free tier that allows connecting up to 3 platforms with basic scheduling and analytics. No credit card required.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Your admin can upgrade or adjust your workspace plan at any time. Changes apply immediately.
What counts as a platform?
Each unique social network account you connect counts as one platform (e.g., one Instagram account, one LinkedIn page).
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are priced per workspace and include a set number of team members. Add as many users as your plan allows.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no minimum commitment. Cancel or change at any time.
