Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Soxio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Soxio. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Soxio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Soxio to publish illegal content, spam, hate speech, or content that violates third-party platform policies; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy our platform; or to impersonate other users or entities.
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through Soxio. By using our platform, you grant Soxio a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service. We do not claim any rights over your content beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.
4. Platform Integrations
Soxio connects to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms of service of those platforms. Soxio is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or for the actions of those platforms.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@selamate.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in downgrade to the free tier or account suspension.
7. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. Soxio is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soxio and Selamate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by prominent notice in the platform. Continued use of Soxio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
